Environments This section describes the relationship of GENESYS to other projects and initiatives and any resulting synergies.
ARTEMIS	ARTEMIS is a public-private partnership led by European industry with the goal to establish and implement a coherent and integrated European research and development strategy for Embedded Systems. The Reference Design and Architecture SRA has established common requirements and constraints that should be taken into account for future embedded systems, and will establish generic reference designs and architectures for embedded systems that can be tailored optimally to their specific application context. These requirements are used as the design drivers for the GENESYS.
ARTEMISIA	ARTEMISA, an association that continues the activities of the European Technology Platform ARTEMIS, provides a forum in which leading industry and academic players work together to create a common future vision and target-setting for embedded systems.
